Information submitted through the contact form

The contact form collects the information you enter, including your name, email address, optional phone and company, device or system description, and message. The website sends that information to sales@frameanalytics.net so Frame Analytics can evaluate and respond to the inquiry.

Operational data

The server may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including request time, requested path, response status, request ID, and network address for abuse prevention. The local rate limiter stores a keyed digest rather than the raw address.

Cookies

The site uses one signed, same-site session cookie for CSRF protection and one-time status messages. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Public demo

The demo records command identifiers, request identifiers, timestamps, validation outcomes, and broker delivery outcomes needed for security and troubleshooting. Do not enter personal information into the demo command field; only led.on() is accepted.

Sharing

Information may pass through service providers required to operate email, hosting, networking, and messaging. Frame Analytics does not sell contact-form information.

Retention and questions

Operational logs and inquiries are retained only as reasonably needed for business, security, support, and legal obligations. Questions or requests may be sent to sales@frameanalytics.net.
